RETURN & REFUND POLICY

You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

Items must be unworn beyond trying on, unwashed, with tags attached and returned in their original condition.

NETHERLANDS RETURNS

Orders delivered within the Netherlands may be returned within 14 days. Return shipping within the Netherlands is free.

EU ORDERS OUTSIDE THE NETHERLANDS

Please check your size carefully before placing your order. We do not offer free size exchanges outside the Netherlands.

Returns due to sizing, fit or change of mind are accepted within 14 days, but the customer is responsible for arranging and paying the return shipping costs. We recommend using a tracked shipping service.

FAULTY, DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If you receive an item that is faulty, damaged or different from what you ordered, please contact us as soon as possible. ALPHA WOLF will arrange the appropriate solution and cover reasonable return shipping costs where applicable.

REFUNDS

Once your return has been received and inspected, any approved refund will be issued to the original payment method.

If you withdraw from your entire order within the applicable legal withdrawal period, the standard outbound shipping cost will also be refunded where required by law. Additional costs for express or premium shipping are not refundable. For partial returns, the original delivery cost is not refunded.

If an item has been handled beyond what is reasonably necessary to inspect it and its value has decreased, the refund may be reduced accordingly where permitted by law.

CANCELLATIONS

You may request cancellation before your order has been fulfilled. Once fulfilment has started or the order has shipped, the return process applies.
