We ship within the Netherlands and the European Union. Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. Delivery times vary by destination. Available shipping options and costs are shown at checkout. See our shipping policy for details.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking details. If you cannot find it, email info@alphawolfams.com with your order number.

Check the size guide on the product page and choose your size before adding the item to your bag. If you are unsure about the fit, contact us with the product name and your measurements before ordering.

You can request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. Return shipping is free for orders delivered in the Netherlands. For other EU countries, returns for size, fit or change of mind are accepted, and the customer arranges and pays for return shipping. We do not offer free size exchanges outside the Netherlands. Visit Start a return for the return portal and instructions. Have your shipping tracking number and delivery postal code ready. If your shipment is not supported, email info@alphawolfams.com with your order number.

Items must be unworn beyond trying on, unwashed, with tags attached and returned in their original condition. Please pack your return carefully and keep your proof of postage.

Once your return has been received and inspected, any approved refund will be issued to your original payment method. Read our refund policy for the full terms.
