Request your return within 14 days of receiving your order.
Orders delivered in the Netherlands
Return shipping is free.
- Have your shipping tracking number and delivery postal code ready. Your tracking number is in your shipping confirmation email.
- Open the MyParcel return portal, enter your shipment details and follow the steps to get your return label.
- Pack your items carefully, attach the return label and drop off your parcel at a service point. Keep your proof of postage.
Orders delivered outside the Netherlands
MyParcel returns from other supported countries cost €15, payable in the return portal. Use the same button above to arrange your return. If your country or shipment is not supported, email info@alphawolfams.com with your order number for instructions.
Before you send it back
Items must be unworn beyond trying on, unwashed, with tags attached and in their original condition.
Received a faulty, damaged or incorrect item? Email us first so we can arrange the right solution.
Your refund
Once your return is received and inspected, any approved refund will be issued to your original payment method.
